Description:
The Head of Digital & IT role will organise and control significant groups of AZ, partner or teams of managers to ensure performance objectives are achieved in line with the agreed business strategy and business objectives and is accountable for the provision of Digital & IT delivery to the business unit. We see you managing multiple information systems and projects, including digital, data, innovation ecosystems, and office automation, and oversee back office operations of the affiliate management information system. You’ll need to tap into your creative ability to design, implement, and evaluate the systems that support end users in the productive use of computer hardware and software, and develop and implement user-training program.
Job Requirements:
- Working and leading leaders in a global organisation with complex/geographical context experience
- Leading business area strategy experience
- Budget management experience
- Digital Marketing (Omni) Experience.
- Experience of leading teams in a matrix organisation
- Experience with digital projects including global platforms based in SalesForce, python, adobe experience manager and AWS like type of technologies.
