Description:
This role is key to lead IFFCO’s journey in implementing the Asset Reliability Process Improvement which is one of our 5 dimensions within IOE (IFFCO Operational Excellence). An expert in this field with hands on attitude is required for a successful deploying of this methodology.
Job Responsibilities:
- Management of the overall maintenance & reliability processes and activities to ensure maximum equipment reliability and assets performance.
- Lead and execute reliability excellence process improvement within our manufacturing facilities.
- Quantify and communicate total economic impact of reliability. Use measures to drive performance and evaluate progress
- Work with site leadership team to develop a culture where reliability risks are clearly identified and communicated and each employee understands the role that they play in mitigating the key risks.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical)
- CMRP (Certified Maintenance and Reliability Professional)
- Other certifications in Predictive Maintenance Tools is a plus
