Job: Full Time
Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE
Description:
We are looking for a Guest Services Officer who will perform all tasks in relation to Guest Services including Reception, Conference Facilities, VIP Lounge Reception, Butler Services and will answer calls from internal and external customers.
Job Responsibilities:
a- Meet and stand to greet visitors and notify the relevant individual on arrival of visitor.
b- Provide frontline customer service for all Client employees, visitors and contractors entering the facilities.
c- Ensure reception area, conference facility and VIP lounge are neat and tidy at all times
d- Coordinate with security, control room, Client security department when assisting the visitors
Job Requirements:
a- 3 years minimum experience in hospitality services from a reputable and market leading hotel or airline or any hospitality facility.
b- Excellent communication skills both written and oral with the ability to communicate with people from various backgrounds and standing
