Job: Full Time
Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE

Description:

To work with GTB BBD Sales Head in order to develop and maintain Transaction Banking business in line with the country and Regional (Dubai & Northern Emirates) Transaction Banking business plans.
To manage and take end to end responsibility for the transaction banking business for based on the assigned segments, and to meet / exceed sales goals and targets in respect of revenues and volumes.

Job Responsibilities:

• To ensure that Transaction Banking revenues and volumes targets are achieved/exceeded in assigned Region under Business Banking Department and GTB.
• Planning the sales strategy and wallet sizing to maximize earnings across the GTB customer base without taking any risk.
• Cross sell GTB products/services (cash – payments & collections, trade – import & export, eChannels).  
• Keep track & push trade utilization and focus on getting operating accounts on-board.

Job Requirements:

• Understanding of banking operations, treasury, trade finance and local regulations is needed.
• Knowledge of Islamic banking & specially local UAE market.
• Oral and written communication, sales, leadership, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Sound knowledge of Risk assessment and credit process.
