Description:
The Geophysical technician is responsible for the maintenance of electrical and electronic geophysical equipment within the department. The role includes supervision of the Land Geophysics workshop team and maintenance/testing of equipment. Also assisting other departments as and when required, site visits and Knowledge of electrical and electronic maintenance required.
Job Responsibilities:
Developing and Supervising Geophysical equipment maintenance and record keeping.
Fault findings in Geophysical equipment’s and accordingly investigate and repair them.
Supporting site activities with equipment maintenance and repairing.
Job Requirements:
Secondary Vocational Education or Equivalent
3-8 years in relevant field
Certifications in electrical / electronics
English spoken
