Paymaster/General Cashier
Job: Full Time
Location: Dubai, UAE
Description:
You are a multi-tasker and are able to work independently, performing a wide range of complex and confidential financial duties to support your team.
Job Responsibilities:
- Maintaining confidentiality in regards to payroll related information.
- Follow up with T&C department in regards to attendance records.
- Ensures the accuracy of vacation leaves, EOS (end of service), and air ticket entitlements and accruals are in accordance with the T&C document and employee’s agreement.
- Maintaining the payroll system and making recommendation for improvements.
- Perform any other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
Job Requirements:
- Degree/ Diploma in accounting.
- Knowledge on Opera, Paytrax (payroll system), Sun, Vision.
- MS and Excel proficient.
- At least three (3) years experience in similar role.
