1- General Assistant
Job: Full Time
Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE
Description:
To provide general administration and support to the medical records department.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide a comprehensive administrative support function to the Medical Records department.
- Ensure all relevant medical records and documentation is filed accurately and in a timely manner.
Patient appointment files are prepared in advance for relevant visits.
- Files and documentation are delivered to relevant departments, business units and/or external parties according to company policy and standard.
Job Requirements:
At least 2 years relevant experience in an administrative environment.
Relevant experience in a Medical Records department within a healthcare setting will be an advantage.
- Client service and related management principles.
- Computer literacy and proficiency in MS Office applications.
