1- General Assistant – ICU
Job: Full Time
Location: Dubai, UAE

Description:

To provide general administration and support to the ICU nursing department

Job Responsibilities:

  • To provide a comprehensive administrative support function to the Medical Records department

  • Ensure all relevant medical records and documentation is filed accurately and in a timely manner

  • Patient appointment files are prepared in advance for relevant visits

  • Files and documentation are delivered to relevant departments, business units and/or external parties according to company policy and standard

Job Requirements:

  • A Grade 12 certificate

  • At least 2 years relevant experience in an administrative environment

  • Relevant experience within a healthcare setting will be an advantage
