Description:
As a Fulfillment Leader you will manage the buying process for a given set of goods or services. You will apply sourcing policy, interface between supplier and entity with respect to specifications and budgets.
Job Responsibilities:
- Identifying and prioritizing POs at suppliers that are tied to Customer Orders.
- Demanding higher level of engagement and relay business expectations to suppliers.
- Measuring and holding suppliers accountable for timely responsiveness on Request for Quotes (RFQs), PO Acknowledgements / Confirmation, maintaining PO Promise Date updates in Ariba, and achieve higher customer service levels.
- Participating and drive Fulfillment calls with major suppliers.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma)
- 5-8 years of experience in Buying-Procurement or sourcing.
- Have advanced Excel and Power Point skills are required for this role.
- Have strong working knowledge of SAP, Ariba, ThoughtSpot, and similar Analytics tools.
