Job: Full Time
Location: Dubai, UAE
Job Responsibilities:
a- Overseeing Duty Managers, Reception and Concierge teams leading them to perform through engagement and training.
b- Working on strategies to achieve key performance indicators such as upselling, loyalty enrolments, guest experience arrival and departure scores, Ambassador engagement and financial targets.
c- Working with all hotel departments to ensure seamless experience for guests from arrival to departure.
d- Management of the hotel Front Office operation to achieve a reputation as a market leader in individualised customer focused service in the hotel locality.
Job Requirements:
a- 2 years of experience within a leadership role in Front Office within a luxury hotel.
b- Impeccable communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
