Job: Full Time
Location: Dubai, UAE
Job Responsibilities:
a- Welcomes and registers hotel guests, explaining the accommodations and establishing credit or method of payment.
b- Checks guest out of the hotel, preparing and explaining the bill.
c- Able to read reports, maps and directions, utilize computer systems, and communicate to guests both verbally and in writing to guests.
d- Responds to a wide variety of guest requests by accurately assessing the guest needs and requests and then adding personal recommendations and touches to achieve maximum customer satisfaction while complying with all Four Seasons’ policies.
Job Requirements:
a- Previous experience in a similar role within 5* luxury Hotel.
b- Excellent inter personal skill.
c- Russian or Arabic speaker will have an advantage.
