Description:

The role holder is responsible for ad-hoc finance projects and improving/standardization of Financial processes at GMG; implementation of robust financial controls and financial risk management framework; ensuring adequate financial liquidity and working capital. Accurate and timely financial accounting and operational services across the GMG. To create the tools and ideas on ways to accelerate productivity, speed & accuracy.

Job Responsibilities:

• Automation of manual processes.
• Standardization of process & policies
• Process Improvements
• Management of ADHOC request from Senior Management
• Addresses financial issues such as balance sheet clean up in coordination with stakeholders.
• Ensures efficient and effective management of Business Unit’s finances through all necessary financial controls, systems and processes and ensures accuracy and integrity of the company’s financial records.
• Provide additional supports incase restructuring, heavy work load to insure that none of the teams are short of bandwidth when needed.
• Provides guidance and advice, related to the management of cash flow, cost controls and expenses for different departments, identifying potential financial opportunities and weaknesses and recommending corrective actions.
