Location: Dubai, UAE
Description:
At Chalhoub excellence is in our heritage. As Finance Manager for Guerlain, you will report to the General Manager of Guerlain Middle East and functionally to Guerlain HQ Head of controlling. Responsible for the brand’s Financial Management, Control and Reporting, be a strong Business Partner for all Guerlain team and support the development of Guerlain’s strategy. Coordinate and monitor the financial performance in the region.
Job Responsibilities:
- Ensure consistency between financial indicators and Guerlain’s strategy.
- As a business partner, support the teams in achieving their objectives by providing them with the appropriate financial information. Actively contribute to transformation and organization projects.
- Recruit, lead, inspire and develop a team of 2 business controllers.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor or master’s degree in Accounting or Finance from a reputable international university.
- Professional qualification (ie CFA, ACCA) is desirable.
- Minimum 7 years of experience at a multinational organization. Big 4 training is an advantage.
- Experience in the Middle East, in Luxury / Cosmetics industry is a plus.
