Location: Dubai, UAE
Description:
We are looking for a Finance Manager that will provide strong financial support to key Services contracts including robust financial planning, reporting and monitoring and cash management. He/She is expected to manage, coordinate, analyse and assess the financial activities of the projects and provide financial advice to contract directors to facilitate sound business decisions, and to provide the Finance Business Partner (FBP) with analysis and reporting to accurately capture the performance of the business and forecast the future financial performance.
Job Responsibilities:
a- Produce the Business Plan and Forecasts (P&L, Balance Sheet and Cash) for the relevant contracts. Applying challenge the input assumptions from the business.
b- Support contract manager(s) in controlling spend against their business plan/ forecast and ensure they align with the business unit and Serco Middle East defined targets.
c- Monitor and manage the activities for the relevant project(s) and ensure procurement, AP and AR are running smoothly.
Job Requirements:
a- Qualified Accountant.
b- Ability to analyse financial data and prepare financial reports, statements and Projections.
c- A minimum of 6 years’ experience, in the management of financial systems and budgets, financial reporting, financial data analysis, auditing, and providing financial advice.
