Job: Full Time
Location: Dubai, UAE

Job Responsibilities:

Prepare Invoices & Delivery orders for duty payment of customs.
Coordinate for worldwide transfers between our Middle East region and Paris team
Follow up credit notes for local transfer from Paris finance team & Monitor credit notes in system for export shipments of Retail boutiques
Extraction of reports from systems to support the logistics of wholesale partners, Share Statement of Accounts (SOA) to WHS & payment follow up

Job Requirements:

Bac + 2 profile looking for a nice experience in a dynamic team
Proficient in MS Excel, Powerpoint
Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
Excellent follow-up skills to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
