Description:

As the Event Director, you will oversee and organise events that will make an impact to the predefined target audience. Your responsibility includes coordinating with agencies, identifying vendors and creating detailed budgets and projections to ensure our events are successful and cost-effective, paying attention to budget and time constraints.

Job Responsibilities:

• Plan event from start to finish according to requirements, target audience, and objectives
• Identify potential agency partners and vendors
• Come up with suggestions to enhance the event’s success
• Prepare budgets and ensure adherence

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Journalism, Media, Marketing, Hospitality, etc.
• 7-10 years of relevant experience with proven experience as an event manager
• Experience in an agency, event management, or a similar industry
• Knowledge of KPIs and marketing techniques for event management
