Job: Full Time
Location: Dubai, UAE

Description:

We are seeking a highly capable and motivated EV and Product Learning & Development Manager to manage the EV Centre of Excellence and product launch related activities throughout the automotive network.

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead any activity related to EV Vehicles, Facilities and Charging infrastructure, accountable for EV certification standards across the group and records for inspection and audit
• Work closely with the brand principals and distributors to arrange engaging product launch activities and events, working with the L&D Consultants to deliver unforgettable experience for delegates
• Working with procurement to identify, select and manage external training and accreditation bodies, agencies, and training providers necessary to deliver required training, to appropriate EV or Brand standards
• Lead recruitment drives, on-boarding and on the job development activities, in connection with EV specialist associates

Job Requirements:

• High level of proficiency in both written and Spoken English, (additional languages advantageous)
• Full UAE driving Licence
• Relevant certificates or degree in Business Administration / Marketing or equivalent
• Adult learning or training and assessment certificate or equivalent
