Job: Full Time
Location: Dubai, UAE

Description:

Our Estimating Manager will manage the implementation of technical estimating standards and procedures and oversees the work of project estimators. Your responsibilities include soliciting supplier bids and proposals for labor, material and equipment and evaluating proposals to ensure they meet project specifications and budget requirement.

Job Requirements:

  • University Degree in Interior Design or in Architecture / LEED GA and PMP certifications are a plus / CPCM certification is a plus.
  • A minimum of 6 years of relevant experience with at least 3 years in similar role.
