You are a multi-tasker and are able to work independently, performing a wide range of complex and confidential administrative duties to support your team. You communicate well with all contacts, anticipate and resolve issues, and update team your various projects.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage efficiently a maintenance and repair program for the Hotel.
• Manage all purchase orders, coordination with accounts, purchasing and suppliers.
• Operate an effective an energy conservation program.
• Participate and supervise new projects developed for the Hotel.

Job Requirements:

• Experience in similar role is an advantage
• Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
