Job: Full Time
Location: Dubai, UAE

Job Responsibilities:

  • Support the Talent Acquisition team in building and establishing talent networks within the Emirati communities of students, graduates and professionals.
  • Support with sourcing, screening, and hiring the best Emirati talents for internships, graduate programs, and management trainee programs.
  • You will support in the design and rolling out of Emirati talent development programs and marketing those programs across UAE universities to attract and onboard talents.
  • Lead on-campus student activities to coordinate different on-campus initiatives and career days as well as other programs for student skill development.

Job Requirements:

  • Passion for finding the best talents in the market.
  • Passionate, motivated, autonomous, pro-active.
  • Excited about working in a multicultural & diverse and inclusive culture.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic (preferable)
