General Description:

Ensure the new SAP system is correctly implemented within Richemont Maisons and departments in the MEIA region, according to given processes for all digital applications. Create the necessary documentation to support in the change management process and provide training and support to end-users & newcomers throughout the project lifecycle and post go-live.

Job Responsibilities:

• Be an Ecommerce and SAP advisor in technical and business aspects for all stakeholders.
• Ensure smooth implementation of the SAP system for all digital tools with the right quality
• Understand the current and to-be flows and processes to ensure that business requirements are met for across markets, functions and Maisons
• Conduct exhaustive tests in coordination with all functions and Maisons for all key user testing cycles

Job Requirements:

• To be successful in your application you need a clear understanding of omnichannel flows and customer journey and relevant experience working on an e-commerce platform and an understanding of the various components (front end, payment service providers, etc.)
• Minimum 3 years of experience in e-Commerce
• Collaborative, strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
• Ability & Interest to support others
