Job: Full Time
Location: Dubai, UAE
Job Responsibilities:
- Conceptualise, develop and deliver a range of digital learning experiences and development solutions.
- Collaborate with the Strategic Business Partners to fully understand business requirements.
- Work closely with Strategic Solutions, Organisational Effectiveness and Leadership Learning & Talent teams to enable their solutions through digital wizardry.
- Employ evidence-based learning principles to guide the creation of learning materials.
- Promote the incorporation of digital learning tools into other experience solutions, in alignment with our digital strategy.
Job Requirements:
- Degree or Honours (12+3 or equivalent)
- Human Resources.Training 5+ Years
- Minimum Bachelor level qualification in a related field Progressive experience in a digital learning role
- 3+ years of Instructional Design experience
