Job: Full Time
Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE

Description:

• Responsible for all operational aspects at Novotel/Adagio Aparthotel Abu Dhabi.
• Ambassador of the hotel management and main point of contact with in-house guests.
• Develops high quality relationships with guests, from the moment they arrive and throughout their stay, in order to foster loyalty.
• Deals swiftly, efficiently and sensitively to guest complaints and follows through 

Job Responsibilities:

• Conveys the brand and hotel image through his/her irreproachable attitude
• Personally and frequently verify that guests are receiving the best possible service.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor degree level in hospitality
• Equivalent previous experience
• Computer literate in the Windows environment, PMS, Tars, Opera, Macros with an aptitude for new technologies
• Business English, third language would be a plus
