Job Description:

1. Contribute to the preparation and follow-up of the implementation of the activities of the operational plans for the projects and operations of customer happiness.
2. Periodic follow-up of the performance indicators of the organizational unit, and the preparation of reports of achievement percentages and their submission to those concerned.
3. Coordination with the concerned organizational units in order to plan the communication process to make partners happy and limit their opinions on the services provided.
4. Communicate with partners to study the procedures for providing services and compare them with specific performance standards and in accordance with best practices and standards that guarantee customer happiness.
5. Studying customers’ observations and suggestions and submitting them to the direct manager, making sure to provide recommendations and solutions regarding problems and weaknesses.
6. Identifying sources of information needed to prepare studies on policies, strategies and plans for programs and studies of projects for the center and clients, and submitting them to those concerned.
7. Documenting the results of research and studies and preparing technical reports on the results of services provided to customers.
8. Submit the necessary proposals to develop and improve productivity and submit them to those concerned.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent from an accredited university
2. 6 years of relevant work experience.
