1- Tours Consultant
Job: Full Time
Location: Dubai, UAE
Job Responsibilities:
a- To arrange for visas and other ground services requested by the Tour Operators and EK Network / passengers.
b- To attend telephone inquiries and provide assistance and information to Tour Operators and EK Outstations as well as passengers and in-resort clients in a courteous and professional manner such that it creates a positive impact for EK, Arabian Adventures and the destination.
c- To process all Reservation Requests from Tour Operators and EK Network within the stipulated time-frame.
d- To efficiently sell and assist all passengers with their requests for hotel.
Job Requirements:
a- A diploma in Tourism Management would be an added advantage
b- Proficient in MS Office packages and computerised reservations Systems.
