Billing Officer
Job: Full Time
Location: Dubai, UAE

Job Responsibilities:

1. Plan and organise for Airport handling and non-flight related invoicing based on billing cycles Deploy.
2. Identify and implement corrective & preventive measures for under performance.
3. Plan and organise for fortnightly and monthly invoicing by ensuring chargeable services are accurately reported by stakeholders.
4. Develop the billing team through training, coaching and motivating to ensure the best operational results.
5. Performance Manage the team ensuring quality and timely completion of Performance reviews and setting up of development plans as required.

Job Requirements:

1. Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.
2. Experience: 5+ years of experience in ground handling / airport operations.
3. Customer relationship Knowledge, Good understanding of ground handling services, Knowledge of customer SLA and agreement.
4. Proficient data collection and analysis skills.
5. Expertise in Microsoft Office Excel.
