Job: Full Time
Location: Dubai, UAE
Description:
- Establish close relationships with key clients in order to understand their projects, commercial objectives and branding requirements
- Maintain a strong understanding of current market conditions, competitive landscape and prospective partner/investor/client opportunities
- Support regional development management teams and development personnel throughout the deal-making process through the evaluation of new opportunities, development of pitches, negotiating of contracts and generally removing hurdles which need to be overcome in order to achieve objectives
- Identify main hotel projects and stakeholders
- Represent the company during local and international seminars, exhibitions, or events Support any negotiation of prime projects, lead locally any Luxury projects
Job Requirements:
- Degree in Business, Hotel, Finance, Real Estate similar degree
- A significant experience in Hospitality
- Strong knowledge /experience in market analysis & feasibility studies
- Knowledge of hotel accounting, hotel management, financial modeling, residential development, branded residential management, hotel brands, and ability to understand legal documents. Experience in brand management and communications is a distinctive advantage
