1- Design Manager – 3D Projects
Job: Full Time
Location: Dubai, UAE
General Description:
You will be responsible for ensuring that projects’ technical requirements are well extracted, properly communicated to the Design Team, and well represented in the project program. The job holder is also responsible for the quality control of the designing phase output.
Job Responsibilities:
Receive initial designs/RFPs from brands
Review concept designs developed by team (where applicable)
Ensure receipt of necessary mall approvals and MEP technical drawings
Review construction drawings and finalise them
Job Requirements:
University Degree in Architecture or Engineering / LEED GA and PMP certifications are a plus
A minimum of 6 years of relevant experience with at least 3 years in a similar role
Demonstrating Customer Centricity
Developing and Engaging Team Members
