Job: Full Time
Location: Dubai, UAE
Role Purpose:
To execute and lead an effective and efficient operational and financial strategy for the business unit aimed at sustainable growth and development and quality outcomes in line with the strategic direction of the company.
Job Responsibilities:
a- Guide and support sustainable business development and growth initiatives for the business unit in line with overall business strategy
b- Provide operational financial management direction aimed at improving profitability and monitoring financial governance, patient administration and related control measures
c- To actively build sustainable business relationships with key strategic stakeholders
Job Requirements:
a- A relevant Bachelor’s degree in Management, Commerce and/or Finance
b- At least 3-5 years’ relevant senior leadership experience in a healthcare setting of which at least 3 years involved financial management functions
c- UAE healthcare regulatory framework and related requirements
