Description:
As the Department Manager for the Dubai Mall Store, you will be an Ambassador of the brand, motivating the team to maximise profitable sales whilst ensuring all KPIs and guidelines are delivered. To run and operate an efficient store which represents the Loewe brand image and delivers world class customer service.
Job Responsibilities:
a- Embody the Brand image for customers and the store team and have a strong understanding of the brand DNA
b- Lead by example in demonstrating role model behaviour that is representative of the Loewe brand.
c- Create a team spirit whilst managing, motivating and driving the team to increase sales and ensure efficiency
d- Ensure cash banking is carried out accurately on a weekly basis
Job Requirements:
a- Experience in sales in a luxury, high fashion environment and managing people
b- Leather Goods / Accessories relevant experience
c- A commitment to achieving and exceeding targets whilst focusing on the client’s needs and experience
