Description:

We currently looking for a Department Manager to join our Bloomingdales Beauty – Abu Dhabi team to look after multiple brands! We are looking for passionate individuals with experience in leadership and bringing their teams together to achieve the highest standards of brand image and sales.

Job Responsibilities:

• Achieve excellent standards of customer service in the department by directing and coaching the sales team and leading by example on the shop floor.
• Analyze sales data to maximize sales on day-to-day basis.
• Resolve customer complaints effectively, either by dealing with them personally or passing them on to the store manager.
• Ensure that the standards of grooming, presentation, and professional conduct are set and maintained.

Job Requirements:

•  Minimum 4 – 5 year’s experience in a Customer Service environment in Beauty.
•  Education/Certification and Continued Education Graduate in any discipline.
• Team handling experience
