Service Delivery Manager (eCommerce)

Description:

This position is expected to manage the eCommerce IT Operations covering the eCommerce application landscape including fulfilment.

The role is expected to lead/coach support engineers.

Job Requirements:

1. eCommerce and mobility domain knowledge
2. Magento Digital Commerce, Acquia Digital CMS, Drupal, Order Management System
3. Bachelors degree in computer science or a relevant field with a minimum of 7 years’ of IT Service Management in the ecommerce industry.
4. Monitoring and managing IT eCommerce and Mobile app support to ensure optimal service
5. Maintaining high performance levels for service-related processes, and implementing improvement activities wherever necessary
6. Developing a deep understanding of projects to gain insights into the scope of service delivery
