Customer Engagement Manager is responsible to ensure new customers are onboarded to Twill at a rapid speed. With a strong team of highly skilled digital and analytical minds behind you, you will receive qualified hot leads that just need that final touch and hence your responsibility will be to close the deal with the customers who require a face-to-face engagement as that final push.
Job Responsibilities:
- Acquire new customers using functional best practices
- Effectively present the Twill value proposition according to customer needs
- Manage objections professionally and share best practices across the team
- Collaborate with Marketing to deliver an aligned message offline and online
Job Requirements:
- Grow number of active customers booking on the Twill platform
- Deliver volume and revenue growth
- Global Twill performance
