1- Customer Care Executive
Job: Full Time
Location: Al Ain, UAE

Job Responsibilities:

• Receive the patients with a pleasant smile and wish them. 
• Attend telephone calls politely and strictly adhering to telephone manners.
• See if the patient is a new patient or an old patient (Already registered).
• Get the information about the nature of illness and guide them to the concerned department.
• To give the registration forms and help them to file and guide them to the concerned doctor.
• If the information is not clear then send the patient to the Customer care dept.

Job Requirements:

• Graduate desirable but not mandatory.
• Experienced candidate preferred
• Excellent command of oral and written English; Arabic desirable but not mandatory.
