1- CRM Automation Specialist
Job: Full Time
Location: Dubai, UAE
Description:
- Creating automation strategy, planning and implementing to activate, engage, and reactivate customers.
- A/B testing and optimizing workflows/journeys and campaigns with strategic content, frequency and audience variations to improve performance.
- Conduct analysis to assess impact/uplift from lifecycle campaigns, producing regular reports on performance, Insights and recommendations.
- Identify different segmentation criteria based on audience behavior, demographic, geographic, psychographic characteristics, etc.
Job Requirements:
- Hands on experience on GA & Tableau.
- CRM automation specialists should be comfortable working with spreadsheets and graphs to review and interpret a campaign’s success.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing/CRM automation in an ecommerce setup.
- Work closely with teams and collaborate to define objective to get content and design on timely manner.
