Job: Full Time
Location: Ajman, UAE

Description:

You are a multi-tasker and are able to work independently, performing a wide range of complex and confidential administrative duties to support your team. You communicate well with all contacts, anticipate and resolve issues, and update team your various projects.

Job Responsibilities:

• Billing approved group and transient accounts with the appropriate supporting documentation
• Handling all guest billing issues and disputes, including credit card initial inquiries and charge backs
• Prepare account billings promptly and accurately with required supporting documentation
• Post cheques/payments to the city ledger on a daily basis. Follow-up on any payments that are over or short of the invoiced amount

Job Requirements:

• Experience of at least 2-3 years as Accounts Receivable or in a similar role in a reputable hotel in UAE
• Well-developed computer skills particularly in the use of MS Office, E-Mail and Finance Management systems
• Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables
• Competency using a variety of computer softwares
