Job: Full Time
Location: Dubai, UAE

Job Responsibilities:

• Assisting the Editor-in-Chief in preparing draft texts of all kinds according to the terms of reference of the Strategic Media Affairs
• Department, and ensuring the integrity and accuracy of their content, particularly news and data, press stories, reports, and others.
• Assisting the Editor-in-Chief in collecting information related to fact files and information related to the Emirate of Dubai and its government, and important information files of VIPs concerned by Dubai Government Media Office
• Developing the content of news and press releases, presentations and draft answers to questions from media interviews (domestic and foreign), and draft texts used in various production processes (for example: book introductions, editorials of periodic reports, etc.).
• Collect information, data, statistics, illustrations and other materials to support texts prepared in the editorial department.

Job Requirements:

• Good interpersonal communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Good knowledge of the rules and foundations of text editing and proofreading.
• Attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle problems.
