Creative Marketing Manager – Digital & Marketing
Job: Full Time
Location: Dubai, UAE

Role Profile:

1. Develop creative concepts and implementations in a cross-disciplinary manner (media, social, comms, activations), working with strategists to establish smart, creative approaches for each assignment.
2. Help develop strategy, vision, and concepts, design direction, and provide hands-on guidance to both internal and external teams.
3. Champion and generate ideas around innovative and effective digital communications, interface design, and interaction design.
4. Partner with internal brand teams on new business initiatives and work as the creative lead on campaigns.
5. Uncovering new ways to incorporate emerging and new media formats into campaigns.

What We Require:

1. Proven experience in the creative/design industry with a strong portfolio rooted in digital visual design.
2. Significant experience designing for multiple interfaces and platforms in an agency, with a deep understanding of all creative disciplines, including concept development and execution.
3. A strong knowledge of typography, image manipulation, illustration and animation.
4. Agency Experience is a plus.
5. 5+ years in a similar role.
