Description:
The Senior Visual Merchandiser will be responsible for the stock and decor display within the store. The jobholder will be required to deliver an inspirational shopping experience for customers across Watsons stores in GCC. The jobholder should be commercially focused, with a proactive awareness of the beauty market in particular and hold the ability to work with urgency and pace.
Job Responsibilities:
a- Develop, deliver and communicate visual concepts to represent Watsons’ visual standards.
b- Make sure new deliveries are displayed and presented on the floor in a creative and timely manner.
c- Ability to forward plan for key events and promotions throughout the year and deliver to meet tight deadlines.
d- Communicate effectively with the store team and line manager.
Job Requirements:
a- Bachelor degree / Formal Education in Fine Arts/Graphic Design with Visual Merchandising Background
b- +3 years retail experience, preferably in Fashion/Beauty
c- Good English communication skills, basic decision making, excellent customer service skills, positive attitude, physically fit, fast learner and a team player.
