Job Responsibilities:

1. Create content for new product listings daily; the range includes product name, product description, product details, search terms, etc.;
2. Write concisely and clearly, include searchable keywords to optimise the presence of our products on our online channels;  
3. Edit, polish, and proofread our digital content, including product listings, online/offline marketing materials, and website content; ensure that all content has impeccable grammar, and the language is highly customised to appeal to our targeted consumers   
4. Check all pieces for accuracy and cohesiveness, and ensure all published content meets quality standards;
5. Knowledge of SEO and industry best practices;
6. Contribute to and maintain best practices and guidelines for E-commerce content;
7. Track and analyse content performance via Google Analytics and Data Studio increase reader engagement and retention;
8. Manage a busy workload according to the deadline;
9. Work in a multidisciplinary team with professionals such as web designers, marketing executives and photographers to improve content strategy;
10. Adhere to copyright and privacy standards and company policies;
