Description:

Support dnata Commercial & Business Development department by engaging B2B customers and internal/external stakeholders through comprehensive communication campaigns under the direction of the Manager Commercial and with the support of Group Corporate Communication, Marketing & Brand.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Design, plan and implement communication campaigns mapped to the different customer segments and stakeholders.
2. Manage outbound communication by sourcing contents in cooperation with internal and external stakeholders.
3. Support internally the NPS/Customer survey communication to drive high responses and customer?s advocacy.
4. Manage customers engagement and invitation to corporate events, support on site as required.
5. Track expenditure associated with activities, ensuring costs are within budget and escalating any variances as appropriate.

Job Requirements:

1. Degree or Honours (12+3 or equivalent).
2. Proficiency in English, written and oral.
3. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
4. Strong organisational and multi tasking skills.
5. Proficient in MS Office and CRM/project management software.
