Description:

To review and develop the policies and systems of the Dubai Government Human Resources Department that are applied at the Dubai Government level in line with the department’s strategies, and work on designing and formulating operational models for government human resources in addition to reviewing and evaluating Dubai Government jobs through the systems designated for job evaluationand delivering training and induction coursesAnd provide the necessary advice and recommendations to thedirect official.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s, Master’s or PhD degree in human resource management, business administration or any similar field.

  • Preferably a holder of specialized certificates in the field of human resources management, such as “SPHR” or “CIPD”

  • Bachelor’s degree: 18 years of experience in human resources, business administration or similar field.

  • Master’s degree: 15 years of experience in human resources, business administration or similar field.
