Job: Full Time
Location: Dubai, UAE

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop & manage the scope of catering and retail operational services required from caterers, to ensure these services are correctly tendered, priced and purchased.
• Analyse and negotiate invoiced quantities for purchases made from the caterers to ensure Emirates pays for services provided or stock purchased.
• Review flight specific shortfalls reported by crew and address these with caterers to ensure sustainable corrective action implemented by the service provider.
• Support the outstation caterer performance evaluation by conducting operations compliance checks of inbound flights at EKFC.

Job Requirements:

• In-Flight Service.In-flight Catering : 5+ Years.
• Degree or Honours (12+3 or equivalent).
• Degree Preferably in Operations or Supply Chain & Logistics Management.
• Experience of which 3 years should be in an airline catering operational environment Good knowledge in operations management, process improvement and an ability to initiate improvement projects.
