Description:
Al-Futtaim Automotive is looking for UAE Nationals Call Canter Agents to join the Automotive Frontline Traineeship Programme.
Upon selection, you will attend an extensive 3 weeks program, which includes training within the domain of Work-Readiness, Sales, Customer service and Systems.
Job Responsibilities:
a- To deal with enquiries by using different channels, phone and emails. Got the Accurate Information right
b- Generate business value in the form of Sales and after sales opportunities
c- Deliver a seamless and efficient interaction for every customer
Job Requirements:
a- Proficiency with computers and strong typing skills.
b- Ability to speak multiple languages – bilingual (Arabic/ English)
c- Capability to work under pressure – able to withstand high levels of stress
