Description:

Business Development Manager is a key and proactive role to further grow the new targeted segments in the designated markets, as well as maintain and maximise business from existing clients, ensuring the diversification of portfolio of customers. The role based in Dubai or in Russia.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage sales activities using the Salesforce CRM system.
• Acts as a primary point of contact and obtains feedback on the products and services available to enable improvements.
• Reviews daily, weekly and monthly business performance in line with targets and budgets, and takes action accordingly.
• Work proactively with clients to improve their production e.g. conference calls, sales calls, presentations, attendance to trade shows.

Job Requirements:

• Well educated to A level standard or equivalent business management experience.
• Further relevant courses completed e.g. sales, presentations, leadership etc.
• Proven experience in a similar role, ideally with a bedbank for at least 2 years.
• Strong knowledge and well established relationships with key players in CIS Markets.
