Job: Full Time
Location: Dubai, UAE
General Description:
As a Business development Manager for monetization, you’ll be responsible for framing and driving the monetization strategy to start with, and lead monetization as a function within Careem groceries. You will be working with stakeholders (both internal and external) to drive the monetization agenda across Careem
Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for managing strategy and execution of Ads/monetization from brands in Careem Grocery
- Define pricing strategy, set guardrails, build roadmap for monetization
- Work closely with the product team to define monetization roadmap priorities
- Work with commercial and other business development teams of Careem to generate more sales for monetization
Job Requirements:
- At least 4+ years of experience in the Ad tech industry
- Business development/Sales experience on selling to brands is an added advantage
- Program management experience is a plus
- You are an excellent communicator with any audience – You can easily explain complex concepts to people of any level
