Description:

The Brand Associate Dermatology VIE will be responsible for a key component of the Specialty Care Unit Innovative growth platform by building the Franchise in Dermatology.

Job Responsibilities:

• Successfully supports commercial operations of a brand/portfolio of products throughout their life cycle stages by effective planning and execution around the marketing mix including; Product, Price, Place and Promotion ensuring Customer Satisfaction at a profitable basis
• Contributes to the dermatology projects such as Brand Materials, Event Organization, Starter Kits, educational materials, and Digital Initiatives by ensuring proper implementation, maximizing reach and building analytics reports
• Aligns with the cross functional internal stakeholders to gain approvals and endorsement on projects and with the operations team for implementation
• Follows internal control requirements to ensure compliance to SOPs (standard operating procedures) requirements

Job Requirements:

• Finished Master’s degree in pharmacy, health education or marketing
• At least 1 year experience in the medical field
• Execution of self-driven project and project management experience
• Has background knowledge/experience in the specialty care areas
• Languages: English & French full professional proficiency; Arabic would be a plus
• High learning agility and ability to perform under pressure with multi-tasking skills
