Job: Full Time
Location: Dubai, UAE

Job Purpose:

1. Devise Strategies to automate branches with alternate channels.
2. Manage the branch migration to alternate channels.
3. Initiate projects.to automate existing products/ solutions at branches to improve customer experience.
4. Lead innovation on the automated deposit and cash recycling machines.
5. Enhance or introduce new functionalities/ services at Alternate Channels.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Monitor and increase branch Alternate Channel usage to ensure optimal availability and to maximize retail sales and service to facilitate achievement of retail banking volume, revenue and profit targets.
2. Evaluate key performance indicators for monitoring performance of these channels including usage statistics, etc. and take required actions to enhance performance.
3. Overall customer satisfaction with branch alternate channel’s content and functionality.
4. Coordinate with research unit on branch alternate channel needs and trends.
5. Assist Marketing Group, as and when required, to analyze campaign success through various delivery channels and provide segment wise report for each product.

Job Requirements:

1. Working experience with electronic payment services & integration with alternate channels.
2. Experience in working independently and should be a self-starter.
3. Excellent presentation, analytical and communication skills.
4. Strong knowledge of banking operations, local market environment and major customer concerns.
