Description:

You perform highly diversified duties to install, troubleshoot, repair and maintain the property’s facilities and equipment to ensure a safe and functional environment for the guests.

Job Responsibilities:

• Ensure optimal and continuous operation of mechanical systems by performing routine inspections and maintenance, monitoring metering equipment and adjusting levels as necessary;  identify and repair or replace malfunctioning components
• Ensure safety by monitoring safety equipment, identifying potential issues and taking appropriate steps to suspend operations and conduct repairs
• Create and enter properly documented records of inspections, maintenance routines and repairs
• Keep current on knowledge of all applicable safety laws and regulations in order to ensure full compliance at all times

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in a similar role in a 5 star hotel
• Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
• Highly responsible & reliable
