BMS (Building Management System) Technician PRE-OPENING
Job: Full Time
Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE

Description:

A Building Management System (BMS) Technician will support the Engineering Team to efficiently maintain all hotel operations such that safety, security, conversation, and compliance are ensured at the highest levels.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Respond promptly and efficiently to any maintenance calls that arise
2. Execute the preventative maintenance schedule and ensure all equipment and designated areas are maintained to the required standard
3. Maintain all tools, equipment, and working areas in good condition
4. Fault finding on BMS and control system products
5. Conduct site surveys and inspections  and Assists coordinating technical, maintenance, and operations personnel to troubleshoot operating problems.

Job Requirements:

1. A certificate in a specialized field such as Electrical, Mechanical, Refrigeration, Carpentry, or Plumbing, required
2. Experience in BMS System, reading alerts, applying controls, reporting, software configuration, applying updates
3. Experience In Low Current Systems (HVAC system, Fire Alarm System, Telephone, Audio Visual, Computer Network, MATV, CCTV and Security System
